Chunky archetype chair

Although people are wildly different, the archetype of a chair is almost always the same. That simple line drawing of a classic wooden dining chair. With that in mind, I wanted to create a ‘next of kin’ to this archetype. Something that still feels part of the same family, the same rigid, linear structure, but reshaped into a bolder form with its own presence.
